Letter From The Director

I am committed to providing both motivational incentives for academic achievement and individual growth by my presence and hard work on behalf of the students who are enrolled at Spring Creek Lodge Academy. I am moral, ethical, and have attributes worthy of emulation.

SCLA has been a leader in excellence for a dozen years. I am excited about the direction this program is headed. I have envisioned and enacted "Life-Skills" which are processed after non-school hours proving that "A mind is a terrible thing to waste". This focus on life-skills involve the students in clubs such as Swing Choir, Poetry, Gardening, Skin care, First-Aid, etc… which makes us stand out among all other schools.SCLA Buildings

What also makes us unique is that we offer both a boy and a girl 18-24 year old program for those students who have yet to achieve the requirements for their high school graduation or for those students whose behaviors do not allow them to enter the public world of "real life".

I am looking forward to forming a "Spring Creek City" with a mayor, manager, city council, etc… giving students opportunities to learn about their civic responsibilities.

Learning life-skills help our students initiate themselves into the "real world" and their voluntary services here at Spring Creek Lodge Academy will help promote them in their careers as they list the voluntary position or the community clubs where they learned a skill or provided a service on their resume'.
