Requirements for Graduation Ceremony:

• Service Status in the Program or Advanced All-Star in the 18-year-old Program
• At least minimum academic standards completed
• $100.00 fee payable to SCL (attn: Larry Ward)

Graduation Fee covers the following:

• Cap and Gown rental
• Tassel with graduation year
• Senior key on gold rope chain
• Rose for the Graduate to carry
• Balloons
• Cake and punch for all family and guests

Special Features of SCL graduations:

• Grad or family may choose meaningful music to be played during the ceremony
• Grad may choose peers, staff, or teachers to speak on his/her behalf
• Parents or family members are invited to speak
• All Advanced Status and above are invited to attend

Great gift ideas from parents of graduates:

• Create a slide show on VHS or DVD of graduate growing up to share during the ceremony (5 min. max)
• Bring a collage of photos to share of the graduate
• Write a poem for the graduate
• Dedicate a special piece of music to them
