Academics SCLA - 76 Spring Creek Road - Thompson Falls, MT 59873
|
Spring Creek Lodge Academy utilizes an accelerated, independent-based course of study that is accredited through Northwest Association of Schools. Credits earned while at SCLA will transfer to any school or college. While your teen is learning to use new tools in dealing with behavior, communication and family, they will also be preparing themselves for their future educational goals.
A rigorous performance based academic program challenges students at Spring Creek Lodge Academy to new levels of excellence. An eighty percent minimum standard is required for course completion, which demonstrates a true working knowledge of subject matter rather than one of mediocrity. Students that have had limited success in school begin gaining confidence in their newly focused abilities. Many students are able to regain lost school time (credits) and after completing graduation requirements, recourse classes with low grades. As a result, their grade point average rises along with their self-esteem.
Spring Creek Lodge Academy is proud to have qualified as an official SAT testing center, helping to better prepare our students for the transition between high school and colleges and universities. Also, for program graduates who do not wish to return to their home high school, SCLA offers a continuing education program to complete their high school diploma requirements.
